1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Visa-WayJet. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Visa-WayJet platform, including our website, applications, and all related visa processing services for Vietnam. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Service Description
Visa-WayJet provides an online platform that facilitates the application and processing of electronic visas (e-Visa) for travel to Vietnam. Our service includes application form preparation, document review, submission to the Vietnam Immigration Department on your behalf, and delivery of approved e-Visa documents. Visa-WayJet acts as an authorized intermediary and does not itself grant or deny visa approvals. Final visa decisions rest solely with the Vietnamese immigration authorities.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Visa-WayJet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
4. Fees, Payments & Pricing
All fees for our visa processing services are displayed on the platform at the time of your application and are charged in US Dollars (USD). Fees include our service charge and applicable government visa fees. Payment must be made in full at the time of application submission using an accepted payment method. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although any price changes will not affect applications that have already been submitted and paid for.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
If your visa application is denied by the Vietnamese immigration authorities, Visa-WayJet will refund the full service fee, excluding any non-refundable government fees already remitted. Cancellation requests made before your application has been submitted to immigration authorities are eligible for a full refund. Once your application has been submitted to the authorities, cancellations are no longer possible and no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. User Obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal information, travel documents, and supporting materials submitted through our platform are accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in visa denial, legal consequences, and permanent suspension from our platform. You must comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations of Vietnam and your country of nationality or residence.
7. Limitation of Liability
Visa-WayJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, travel expenses, or missed travel opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Visa-WayJet for the specific application in question. Visa-WayJet is not responsible for delays or denials caused by immigration authorities, incomplete applicant information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the Visa-WayJet platform are owned by or licensed to Visa-WayJet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any materials from our platform without our prior written consent. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive personal and travel document information during transmission and storage.
10. Changes to Terms & Termination
Visa-WayJet reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice.
