Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

At Visa-WayJet, we stand behind our service with a 100% money-back guarantee. We are committed to processing your Vietnam e-Visa application accurately and efficiently. If your visa application is rejected due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund of all service fees paid to Visa-WayJet. Your satisfaction and trust are the foundation of our business, and we take our responsibility to deliver reliable visa processing services seriously.

2. When Full Refunds Apply

You are entitled to a full refund of Visa-WayJet service fees if your visa application is rejected due to a system error, processing mistake, or any fault attributable to Visa-WayJet. This includes cases where our platform submitted incorrect data to Vietnam Immigration due to a technical malfunction, or where our team failed to process your application within the guaranteed timeframe resulting in a missed travel date. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the service fee you paid to Visa-WayJet without requiring further justification.

3. When Partial Refunds Apply

If you cancel your application before our team has begun processing it with Vietnam Immigration, you are eligible for a partial refund. A cancellation made within 2 hours of submission and before processing has started will receive a refund of the service fee minus a 10% administrative charge. Once your application has been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department for processing, cancellation refunds are no longer available as we have already incurred costs on your behalf.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: your visa is rejected because you provided incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent personal information; your passport does not meet the minimum validity requirement of 6 months from the date of entry; you have a history of overstaying a previous Vietnamese visa or have been flagged by Vietnam Immigration; or your application is denied due to factors outside of Visa-WayJet's control, such as changes in immigration policy. It is your responsibility to ensure all submitted information is accurate and truthful.

5. Government Fees

Government fees (also known as the e-Visa stamping fee) are paid directly to the Vietnam Immigration Department and are non-refundable under all circumstances. These fees are collected by the Vietnamese government and are outside of Visa-WayJet's control. Visa-WayJet does not retain any portion of government fees, and we cannot request refunds from the immigration authority on your behalf. Government fees are clearly itemized and displayed separately from our service fees during the checkout process.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date your refund request is approved. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout, whether that is a credit card, debit card, or other supported payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated by our system.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@visa.wayjet.io with your order number, the email address used during application, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request. You may also submit a refund request through the "My Orders" section in your Visa-WayJet dashboard. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
